How long will it be shipped?

Purchases before 2:00 pm on weekdays, it will be shipped on the same day. It takes 2-3 days to complete shipping after factory shipment ( Excluding weekends.)

How much is the shipping cost?

The basic shipping fee is 2,500 won. We provide shipping for purchases of 50,000 or more (additional charges will be incurred in the case of shipment to islands).

Which courier is being used?

CJ Logistics.

Is it possible to ship overseas?

It is possible to ship overseas.

How to confirm the location of the courier?

You can check the invoice number by clicking [My Page]> [Inquire Order History].

2 Order / Settlement

Cancelling Your Order

If the order status is "Order Accepted" or "Payment Completed", you can cancel directly from [My Page]> [Order Inquiry / Change].

What is transfer deadline?

The scheduled payment date for non- credit card orders is 7 days from the date of order. The order will be automatically canceled after the period expires.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after ordering?

If the order status is "Order Accepted" or "Payment Completed", you can change the shipping address in [My Page]> [Order Inquiry / Change].

3 Exchange / refund

Exchanging Products / Refunding Products (No issues with the products recieved)

If the product has not been opened within 7 days from the date of shipment, you can exchange it at [My Page] or KakaoTalk Plus Friend @ Contently and request a refund.
When an Exchange or Refund is not Possible:
1. Opened and used product.
2. If the product is inadvertently damaged during use
3. In addition, when it falls under the consumer contract withdrawal restrictions stipulated by the Consumer Protection Law.

In the case of exchange / refund by simple change of heart, you will need to make an exchange/refund within 7 days after receiving the item, and you need to deposit the return fee (round trip shipping fee 5,000 won) to the designated membership account.

Exchanging Products / Refunding Products (Issues with products recieved)

For faulty products, you can apply for exchange or return within 30 days from the date of shipment. (Replacement is possible only for the same product and the same product no.)
When you apply for a replacement, the collection driver will visit you and collect the existing product while reshipping the new product.
When you apply for a refund, the collection driver will visit you to collect the product, collect it, and after the contenty product arrives, you will receive a refund. Refund costs will be paid by Contently.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return?

- When applying for cancellation / refund, please input a refund account or leave an inquiry on the 1: 1 bulletin board. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation of your order or the reference date for returns.

4 Member / Membership

Is it possible to purchase as non-members?

Non-member orders are possible
However, the points acculumated will not be saved when ordering by non-members, and you will not be able to receive member benefits.

Unsubscribe from Membership

You can withdraw by clicking the withdrawal button at the bottom of the member information change page.
As to unsubscription, please note that the accumulated points save will not be recovered once deleting your account, even if you recover your account.
* You may rejoin after 30 days of deleting your account.
