Exchanging Products / Refunding Products (No issues with the products recieved)
If the product has not been opened within 7 days from the date of shipment, you can exchange it at [My Page] or KakaoTalk Plus Friend @ Contently and request a refund.
When an Exchange or Refund is not Possible:
1. Opened and used product.
2. If the product is inadvertently damaged during use
